I'm excited to (finally) announce something we've been working on for over a year.
How it started
At The Future Solving Company, we started bringing senior executives together because we believe the future should be created rather than predicted, that the future is co-created in gatherings amongst leaders, and that bringing leaders together in the right environment sparks something you can't spark anywhere else.
Our goal was to test and see if we could recreate magic—the sparks flying kind—consistently.
We started by experimenting with:
Size of the room
Visual setting
Time of day
Food quality
Guest curation
Topic curation
Conversation pace
We learned that every 👏🏼 little 👏🏼 detail 👏🏼 matters 👏🏼
And we learned that yes, you can recreate that magic consistently.
We sparked magic in London with Cassie Kozyrkov, in Detroit, Seattle, NYC, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, & Dallas.
The main feedback we've received?
“The level of conversation exceeded anything I’ve ever experienced.” – Chief Digital Officer, $5B company.
and...
🙋More, please
How it's going
We ramped up—working with some of the biggest brands (e.g. AWS, IBM), with startups, and with boutique consulting firms who want to either: 1) bring clients together to discuss the future of the industry or 2) bring internal leaders together to dialogue with a thought leader.
We expanded our thought leader list—it used to just be yours truly (👋🏼). This year we started adding other speakers, the first being none else than Cassie Kozyrkov.
And we kept getting the same feedback: once or twice per year is not enough.
That's why we're launching The Future Solving Club.
We’re turning those rare moments and the magic they spark into a weekly practice—global, intentional, and useful.
So what is it?
The Future Solving Club is a private group of senior executives who are shaping the future, dialoguing with world-renowned thought leaders and executives weekly and at exclusive dinners and events throughout the year.
📅 Our first virtual session is September 24, 2025.
🎤 Speakers will be announced shortly (thanks to our partnership with Thinkers50—expect the best).
Who’s been in the room already?
Senior leadership from Microsoft, Starbucks, Google, L’Oréal, Ralph Lauren, PepsiCo, S&P Global, Amazon, ADM, IBM, Salesforce, F5, Nestlé, ServiceNow, P&G, Mars, Lumen, Johnson Controls, Eaton, Owens Corning, Dow Chemical, Analog Devices, PPG, Georgia-Pacific, Ford Motor Company, The LEGO Group, Citi, JPMorgan Chase, General Motors, AB InBev, Netflix, and others.
My ask
I’ll be sending invitations to my network. But I know there are brilliant leaders I haven’t met yet.
So Substack—do your thing:
👉 Follow The Future Solving Club for insights and takeaways
👉 Comment “Interested” if you'd like to request an invitation
👉 Tag a leader shaping the future who belongs in this room
👉 Or reply to this email with “The Club”
This isn’t about being exclusive. It’s about being intentional and building the room we all wish existed.
Thanks for reading,
Brian
